- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Higher hours during peak season and as needed
- Weekends required
- Some weekday hours for season preparation and equipment organization
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour

- Lead the setup and teardown of game-day locations
- Set up and break down goals, tents, cones, fields, courts, and other equipment
- Pack and organize the company vehicle for game days
- Assist with weekly vehicle and equipment preparation
- Transport and drop off equipment at program locations using a company vehicle
- Ensure fields and facilities are organized, safe, clean, and ready for programming
- Ensure equipment is properly collected, accounted for, and secured after games
- Monitor game-day operations and address issues as they arise
- Troubleshoot unexpected situations quickly and calmly
- Communicate important operational updates to the appropriate staff
- Direct and support part-time game-day staff
- Ensure staff arrive on time and are prepared for their assignments
- Assign staff to appropriate responsibilities and locations
- Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable to i9 Sports standards
- Provide coaching, training, and assistance when needed
- Keep staff energized, professional, and on task
- Step in and assist with game-day responsibilities when staffing needs arise
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for parents, coaches, and staff
- Answer questions and provide helpful, professional customer service
- Address concerns calmly and appropriately
- Help create a welcoming, positive experience for families
- Represent i9 Sports professionally at every location
- Take ownership of the overall game-day experience
- Make independent decisions when unexpected issues arise
