About the Role
As part of our team, you’ll help deliver a fun, structured, and encouraging environment for youth athletes. Whether coaching, officiating, or supporting game-day operations, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for kids and families.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or assist with youth sports programs (soccer, flag football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, etc.)
- Teach basic skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship
- Set up and break down fields and equipment
- Communicate with parents and players in a positive, professional manner
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Support game-day operations, including coaching and officiating
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with kids and youth sports
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work weekends (primarily Saturdays)
- Previous coaching, teaching, or childcare experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
