We are hiring immediately to finish out the last two weeks of our summer season, with the opportunity to roll right into our upcoming Fall league!
Whether you’re a high school athlete looking for your first leadership role, a college student, or a Marine looking to give back to the local Onslow County community, this is the perfect Saturday gig.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the Field: Maintain a safe, fair, and fun game environment for youth athletes.
- Coach on the Fly: Help kids learn the rules and the importance of sportsmanship.
- Be the Authority: Manage game clocks, keep scores, and make the right calls with confidence.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Immediate Availability: Ready to step onto the field this coming weekend.
- Age Requirement: You must be 16 years or older.
- Reliable Leaders: You’re punctual, professional, and ready to take charge.
- Sports Enthusiasts: You know football (playing, coaching, or officiating experience is a plus!).
- Great Communicators: You can talk to players, coaches, and parents with respect and a positive attitude.
Season Schedules & Availability Requirements:
Applicants must be available to work the remaining summer dates and/or the full 7-week fall season:
- Summer Season Finale (Immediate Start): Saturdays, August 29th & September 5th
- Fall Regular Season: Saturdays, September 19th – October 31st
- Fall Weather Make-up Dates (if needed): Saturdays, November 7th & November 14th
The Requirements:
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Must be self-motivated and able to think on your feet.
- Training is provided—we’ll make sure you’re ready for kickoff!

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
