- Lead and supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches.
- Manage all game-day operations to ensure programs run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Model and reinforce i9 Sports core values, including sportsmanship and positive coaching.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory of all equipment and venue areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to players, parents, coaches, and staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Assist with on-field instruction, coaching support, and officiating when needed.
- Complete required game-day reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to take charge when needed.
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive youth sports experience.
- Ability to build professional relationships with families, volunteers, and staff.
- Weekend availability throughout each season (approximately 6/7 weeks)
- Knowledge of one or more sports offered by i9 Sports (flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, or baseball).
- Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Previous leadership, coaching, customer service, or youth program experience is preferred but not required.
