This individual must be organized and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. This position is based in the Hayward / San Leandro Area, California with work primarily taking place on Saturdays.
Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue ensuring sports programs operate on schedule
- Demonstrate core company culture, including Sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Act as the main point of contact on the field, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills with parents, participants, and staff.
Position Type: Part-Time W-2 Employee (usually on Saturdays)
Requirements
- Enjoy working with kids and their families
- Clean Background Check
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety and enjoyment of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work on the weekends (this role is primarily focused on Saturdays)

Pay: $25-30 per hour (based on experience)

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
