About i9 Sports
i9 Sports is the nation's leading youth sports league franchise, providing fun, safe, and convenient youth sports programs for families. We are looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager to help support our growing programs and ensure an excellent experience for players, parents, coaches, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of youth sports leagues and clinics
- Help recruit, train, and manage coaches and game-day staff
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and participants
- Assist with registration, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Set up and break down sports equipment at program locations
- Help oversee game-day operations and staff performance
- Maintain communication with participants, staff, and community partners
- Support marketing and grassroots outreach efforts as needed
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Weekend availability is required
- Previous sports, coaching, management, or customer service experience is preferred
