- Develop age-appropriate training programs that enhance player skills and teamwork.
- Oversee game day operations, including setup, coaching, and ensuring safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff to promote a positive experience.
- Monitor player development and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Organize and promote special events, clinics, and tournaments to engage the community.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Previous experience in coaching or instructing youth sports, preferably baseball.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and parents.
- Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and coaching techniques.
- Ability to work Saturdays March - May
