i9 Sports® is looking for an energetic, positive, and reliable Baseball Assistant to help us create unforgettable youth sports experiences right here in Lubbock, TX!

What You’ll Do
- Assist the Head Coach in leading fun, organized baseball practices and game-day activities
- Teach fundamental skills in a positive, encouraging way
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment
- Support player development for ages 3–14
- Set up and break down fields and equipment
- Be a role model on and off the field
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Passion for baseball and working with kids
- Ability to lead by example and encourage sportsmanship
- Reliable and punctual
- Weekend availability (league play days)
- Prior coaching or playing experience is a plus (but not required!)
