Are you a sports enthusiast who loves variety and leadership? We are looking for an energetic and dependable Multi-Sport Program Coordinator to join our Columbus team. In this pivotal role, you won’t just coach one team—you’ll oversee the "Big Picture." You will ensure that multiple sports (from Lacrosse to Soccer and beyond) are running smoothly, safely, and with the high-energy i9 Sports Experience that our families love.

Responsibilities

  • On-Field Leadership: Oversee multiple sport stations simultaneously, ensuring coaches are following the curriculum and games are starting on time.
  • Coach Mentorship: Act as a resource for volunteer coaches, providing tips on drills, sportsmanship, and player engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage equipment setup/breakdown and ensure the fields/courts are safe and organized.
  • The "Hype" Factor: Drive the atmosphere! Lead the halftime sportsmanship medals and engage with parents to ensure a 5-star experience.
  • Problem Solver: Address on-field questions from parents or coaches with professionalism and a "can-do" attitude.

Qualifications

  • Multi-Sport Knowledge: General knowledge of various youth sports (Lacrosse, Soccer, Flag Football, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Presence: Strong communication skills and the "command" to manage large groups of children and adults.
  • Reliable & Energetic: You are the face of the league—we need high-energy leaders who show up ready to inspire.
  • Adaptability: A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and pivot quickly if weather or schedules change.
  • Availability: Must be available on weekends (primarily Saturdays) for the duration of the season (6–7 weeks).
