Schedule & Pay
- Part-time to start (seasonal based on leagues)
- Average ~10 hours/week
- High side: 20–25 hours
- Low side: ~5 hours
- High side: 20–25 hours
- Weekends required
- Some weekday evenings for season prep
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role
- Lead field setup and teardown (goals, tents, cones, equipment)
- Ensure fields are organized, safe, and ready to go
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly
- Direct and support part-time staff
- Set expectations and hold standards
- Keep the team energized, accountable, and on task
- Be the go-to person for parents and coaches
- Provide friendly, professional support
- Handle questions and concerns with confidence
- Create a positive, high-energy environment
- Solve problems independently
- Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and pride

- Customer service experience (retail or hospitality a plus)
- Leadership experience helpful
