i9 Sports is hiring Weekend Volleyball Referees to help create a positive and engaging experience for young athletes. More than just making calls, you'll help lead game day energy, encourage teamwork, and be a role model for kids just beginning their volleyball journey.

This is the perfect role for volleyball players, coaches, or fans looking for a rewarding weekend job.
Schedule & Season Commitment:
- This is a part-time role on Saturdays only
- Each season lasts approximately 6–7 consecutive weeks
- Full Saturday availability is required for the entire season
- Partial availability cannot be accepted
Key Responsibilities:
- Officiate youth volleyball games using i9 Sports rules and structure
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and player confidence
- Lead pre-game and between-set communication with coaches and participants
- Assist with court setup and equipment before and after games
- Keep basic time and scoring as appropriate for the age group
- Provide support and guidance to volunteer coaches
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in volleyball (as a player, coach, or official)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor
- Comfortable working independently and engaging with youth athletes and parents
- Own a smartphone with internet access
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Reliable transportation to locations within Utah County

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
