i9 Sports is hiring Soccer Referees to officiate weekend youth games in a fun, no-pressure environment. This is a great opportunity for students, athletes, or anyone looking for a flexible side hustle with a positive impact.
Schedule & Season Commitment:
- Part-time, Saturdays only
- Seasons typically last 6–7 consecutive weeks
- Applicants must be available all Saturdays during the full season
- Partial availability will not be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Officiate youth soccer games using i9 Sports rules and guidelines
- Promote fair play, sportsmanship, and safety
- Set up and take down field equipment before and after games
- Support volunteer coaches and guide basic gameplay when needed
- Manage game time and communicate clearly with players and parents
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of soccer experience (as a player, coach, or official)
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
- Smartphone with internet access
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Reliable transportation to various Utah County field locations
