Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Assistant Program Director with a marketing focus to join our local team. This role is instrumental in driving growth and engagement for our local youth sports franchise. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations while leading the development and local execution of effective marketing strategies.

This position offers opportunities for advancement within the organization. It allows you to take on increased responsibilities and progress into higher-level roles.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of the overall marketing plan
  • Manage and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Contribute to the management of part-time staff and volunteer coaches
  • Assist with league communications, scheduling, and roster management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong marketing and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation with primary use
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
