We're looking for a talented and motivated AI Automation Specialist to help us streamline operations, improve marketing campaigns, and create meaningful experiences for our families through automation.

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a tech-savvy problem-solver eager to grow their portfolio while making a real impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI and automation workflows to enhance our marketing, customer communication, and operational efficiency.

This is an ideal position for a skilled applicant who is newer to the field and looking to gain valuable hands-on experience while working with a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Email & Marketing Automation
- Develop and optimize automated workflows in HubSpot (e.g., lead nurturing, program reminders, and promotional campaigns).
- Integrate ChatGPT into email communication strategies to draft personalized responses, follow-ups, and newsletters.
- Analyze email performance (open rates, CTR, etc.) and recommend improvements.
AI-Powered Customer Engagement
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to create conversational scripts for customer inquiries and FAQs.
- Enhance customer onboarding through personalized and interactive communication strategies.
Operational Efficiency
- Implement AI and automation solutions for repetitive operational tasks (e.g., scheduling, data entry, and reporting).
- Create and manage data dashboards in Google Sheets/HubSpot for tracking key business metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage Google Analytics to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making with automation tools.
Innovation & Experimentation
- Propose and test innovative AI solutions to improve lead conversion rates and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new automation opportunities.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, CRM, email marketing).
- Experience with ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) for creating text-based automation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and data reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., creating formulas, dashboards).
Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous experience with youth sports organizations or small business automation.
- Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or AI-related tools.
