- 75% of your hours will come from weekend time out at our fields. You must have the ability to work all or most Saturdays and Sundays during your internship.
- Assist in running an organized and efficient day at the fields or courts from setup to breakdown
- Utilize communication skills with other staff members to execute plans for the day and speak to parents, coaches, and players on the fields/courts.
- Ensure that the environment is safe and encouraging for all members
- Participate in Monday morning phone calls to go over the previous weekend and plan out the week ahead.
- Assist in inventory maintenance and field management
- Be timely and efficient in your tasks
- Complete additional communication to parents and coaches during the week
- Recruit for part time staff at your university.
- Complete preseason inventory at all storage units

- Assist in building rosters
- Golf Tournament Fundraiser Prep
- Preseason prep - jerseys, equipment organization, etc.
- Summer camp and clinic hours available during certain times of the year
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Have interest in youth sports or sports management.
- Have a significant sport background with knowledge of rules and expectations as well as willingness to learn other sports.
