Company Overview:
i9 Sports is a leading youth sports organization dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive sports experience for children in communities across the country. We offer a variety of sports programs, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team!

Position Summary:
i9 Sports has partnered with Nike to operate multi-sport summer camps! As a Nike Kids Camp staff member, you will be responsible for leading a group of young athletes, for a full week, through many different skills, drills and games to ensure a fun, exciting environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that games and skills sessions are conducted appropriately, promoting a positive and safe environment, and providing a memorable experience for years to come!

Employment would be Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:30pm for the weeks of June 2nd and June 9th and 16th.

Responsibilities:

Conduct skills sessions and games in accordance with i9 Sports rules and guidelines.
Create a fun, exciting environment to ensure the athletes have an incredible experience.
Ensure fair play, safety, and sportsmanship among participants.
Maintain a positive and encouraging environment.
Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay updated on i9 Sports policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

Passion for youth sports and a solid understanding of multiple sports.
Prior experience working with kids ages 5-12 preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with athletes.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a consistent schedule.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to complete required background checks and certifications as per i9 Sports guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move around for several hours at a time.
Moderate physical stamina to keep up with the pace of the athletes throughout the day.
Clear and audible verbal communication.
