Job Responsibilities :

Youth Tennis Instructor

Instruct children and teenagers, ages 5-14, in the fundamentals of tennis.
Develop lesson plans focused on skill development, strategy, and game tactics.
Organize and lead group lessons, clinics, and individual coaching sessions.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to enhance the overall learning experience.
Conduct regular assessments to track individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
Worked closely with the head coach to plan and execute drills and training routines..
Emphasized sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline as integral components of the coaching philosophy.

Skills:

Proficient in teaching tennis techniques to players of varying skill levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and teenagers.
Knowledgeable in organizing and managing youth tennis events.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that balance skill development and enjoyment.
Well-versed in equipment maintenance and court setup.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
