- Wants to help the players learn and have fun
- Can clearly communicate and work with others (Volunteer coaches, parents, and other staff)
- Likes to get involved and stay busy
- Learn and understand i9 Sports Rulebook
- Teach players the fundamentals of the sports (kicking, dribbling, throw-ins, goalie positions, spacing, etc..)
- Have a practice plan for team each week (We can help create)
- Create a rotation sheet to ensure players play different positions and play equally (document provide by i9 Sports)
- Work the players to help improve from week #1 to Week #7
- Communicate to families it is not about winning or losing, but getting better each week
- Provide weekly communicate to families prior to game day (Instructions and communicate sample provided i9 Sports
- Learn and understand i9 Sports Rulebook
- Officiate the game and help the players learn from their mistakes
- Communicate the calls loudly and clearly
- Stopwatch and whistle are required (provide by employee)
